We collect only the personal information we need to talk with you and deliver your project, and we never sell it.
Who we are
Fullstack Solutions Australia (ABN 21 180 067 757) is based in Melbourne, Victoria. Contact us at hello@fullstackaus.com.au. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
What we collect
- When you book a consultation: your name, email, phone number, business name, website, the services you’re interested in, your budget, timeline and project details, how you heard about us, and your meeting preference.
- When we work together: contact and billing details, and the content and account access you give us for your project.
- When you contact us: what you send by email or tell us on a call.
How our website handles your information
- Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. What you enter in our booking form is passed to Cal.com to make your booking.
- Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
- We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how people find us. It uses cookies and collects details like your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit, but not your name or contact details. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- We don’t use advertising cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.
How we use it
- To reply to you, run your consultation and prepare a quote
- To deliver, support and invoice our services
- To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it
- To meet our legal and tax obligations
- To send you updates about our services, only if you’ve agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Cal.com for bookings, and Google Workspace for email, calendar and video calls
- Google Analytics, for website usage statistics
- Our website host and accounting software
- Suppliers who make your order, such as a shirt decorator
- Trusted subcontractors working on your project, under confidentiality
Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use providers with established security and privacy practices.
Your customers’ information
When we work on your website, app or automations, we may see information about your customers. We use it only to deliver your services, and you remain responsible for it under your own privacy policy.
Keeping it safe
We protect information with secure, password-protected accounts and two-factor authentication where available. We keep it only as long as we need it, including for tax records.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing hello@fullstackaus.com.au. We’ll reply within 30 days.
If you have a privacy concern, contact us first. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Changes
We’ll update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
